Our Bathroom Remodeling Process

Discovery Phone Call

We’ll begin the process with a short 5-15 minute conversation about your goals for remodeling or building. During this meeting, we’ll ask important questions about your space and your vision for it. If we are a good fit for each other, we’ll schedule a free in-home consultation so we can have a more in-depth discussion.

On-Site Consultation

We’ll come out to the site to begin discussing bathroom remodel , and you’ll meet our team. During this stage, we’ll discuss the design and ideas, which will become more fleshed out as we proceed with your estimate.

03.

Design & Contract Signing

Once we have a floor plan & design finalize, it’s time to sign the contract for your new bathroom. You’ll also receive a final price at this stage. There are two contracts that we use: scope of work and legal contract. We’ll also take care of the  paperwork, such as engineering, city permits, and HOA approval if needed.

04.

Choose Your Details

You want your home to be under construction for as little time as possible. That’s why we help you make design selections, finalize your drawings, and order materials before any construction begins. Based on your design and budget, you and our team will select each detail.
